This is not a read-and-sign document — every item must be demonstrated, explained, or physically shown. Sections marked in red are high-risk areas.

Walk through every exit — back doors, side gates, and accessible exits

Where it is displayed, the evacuation route, and the assembly/meeting point

Physical walk-through of every safety item in the house and how to use them

📞 Know who to call in an emergency
Escalation order: 000 first, then FCC, then on-call. All numbers saved in your phone. Always check poison hotline is saved.

Contains medication lists, participant IDs, next of kin details, and support plan summaries
🔥 Understand the fire drill process
How often drills happen, your role during a drill, and where records are kept

Cleaning products, chemicals, and their Safety Data Sheets
🦺 Understand manual handling requirements
Equipment available (hoists, slide sheets), safe lifting practices, and when to ask for help
